Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds will be processed with proof of defect. If your item arrives defective or there is an issue with your order, please contact the shop with your order information and clear photos showing the defect so the situation can be reviewed.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition unless the return is due to a verified defect. Customers are responsible for contacting the shop within the 30-day window to begin the return or exchange process.
