All items are made to order and/or hand painted, so please allow 5–10 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible once completed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I’m unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders only. Refunds will be processed with proof of defect. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please reach out with clear photos and your order information so I can review the situation and help resolve it.
